Creating multiple accounts with the same CPF, email address, phone number, IP address, or any other identifying information is strictly prohibited. BB88 uses age verification technology. Any attempt to circumvent the age verification mechanisms will result in permanent account closure and balance retention as provided by law.

The minimum deposit at BB88 is R$ 20.00 per transaction. There is no standard maximum deposit limit, although deposits exceeding R$ 10,000.00 within 30 days may be subject to additional verification in accordance with anti-money laundering (AML) regulations.
All deposits must be made using payment methods registered in the name of the account holder at BB88. Third-party deposits are not accepted. Deposits identified as coming from third-party sources will be reversed and the account may be suspended pending investigation.
Pix deposits are credited to your bb88 account instantly. Bank slip (boleto bancário) deposits are credited after clearing, which may take up to 3 business days. bb88 is not responsible for delays caused by payment processors or financial institutions.
Withdrawals on BB88 are processed exclusively to bank accounts or Pix keys registered under the same account holder's name on the platform. The minimum withdrawal amount is R$ 30.00, and there are no fees for withdrawals via Pix.
Bonus balance is not available for withdrawal until the corresponding rollover requirement has been fully met. Only real balance (from deposits or winnings with a completed rollover) may be withdrawn at any time. Active bonus balance and real balance are displayed separately in the account dashboard.
BB88 reserves the right to temporarily hold withdrawals for security verification purposes, investigation of suspicious activity, or compliance with legal obligations. In all cases, the User will be notified by email with the reason for the hold and an estimated resolution timeframe.
The welcome bonus from BB88 offers up to R$ 500.00 on the first deposit, credited automatically once the initial deposit is confirmed. To receive the maximum amount, a deposit of R$ 500.00 or more is required.
The standard rollover for the welcome bonus is 5x (five times) the bonus amount received. This means that upon receiving a R$ 500.00 bonus, the User must place total bets of R$ 2,500.00 before the bonus balance is converted to real funds and released for withdrawal.
The welcome bonus is valid for 30 calendar days from the credit date. Unused bonuses or incomplete rollovers within the deadline will be automatically cancelled with no right to reimbursement.
Bb88 periodically offers additional promotions to active users, such as cashback, free bets, slots tournaments, and special promotions for the Brasileirão, UFC, and Copa do Brasil. Each promotion has its own specific terms, published on the Promotions page at launch. In the event of a conflict between the terms of a specific promotion and these General Terms, the specific promotion's terms shall prevail.
BB88 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time, providing at least 24 hours' notice whenever possible. Bonus abuse — including creating multiple accounts to repeatedly claim bonuses — will result in permanent account termination.
The BB88 accepts bets on all markets available on the platform, subject to the odds and limits displayed at the time of confirmation. A bet is considered accepted only after the on-screen confirmation is shown and the corresponding amount has been deducted from the account balance.
BB88 reserves the right to cancel bets placed at clearly incorrect odds due to technical or human error. In such cases, the full amount wagered will be returned to the User's account balance. The platform is not obligated to honor winnings resulting from verifiably erroneous odds.
Bets are settled based on official results announced by the competition's governing body (CBF, CONMEBOL, UFC, LNB for the NBB, etc.). In the event of a protest, appeal, or result change after settlement, BB88 reserves the right to review the settlement and adjust balances in accordance with the officially ratified final result.
Live betting on BB88 are subject to the same general rules, with the note that odds may be temporarily suspended during critical moments (goals, red cards, injuries). Bets placed while odds are suspended will be declined — the User will be notified and may try again once odds are reinstated.

Detection of any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, cancellation of bonuses and pending winnings, and, where applicable, reporting to the relevant authorities.
The User may request account closure at any time by submitting a request to contato@bb88.express. Any available real-money balance will be returned via Pix after identity verification. Bonus balances with an incomplete rollover will be cancelled.
The BB88 may close or suspend an account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following cases: violation of these Terms, suspected fraud, unlawful activity, failure to pass KYC verification, or any other reason that compromises the security of the platform or other users. In such cases, balances may be held until the investigation is complete.
The BB88 is not liable for financial losses resulting from participation in Sports Betting or casino games, service interruptions caused by scheduled maintenance or technical incidents beyond the platform's control, payment delays caused by third parties (banks, payment processors), or betting decisions made by the User based on third-party information.
The platform is provided "as is," and BB88 does not guarantee specific outcomes or profitability in betting or gaming. Sports Betting and casino games involve the risk of financial loss — by using the platform, the User acknowledges and accepts this risk.
The BB88 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated via the registered email address and/or an in-platform notification at least 7 days in advance. Continued use of the platform after the changes take effect will constitute acceptance of the new terms. If the User does not agree with the changes, they must close their account before the effective date.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be submitted to the courts of the district of São Paulo, State of São Paulo, with express waiver of any other jurisdiction, however privileged, except where consumer protection legislation (Consumer Defense Code — Law No. 8,078/1990) establishes a different jurisdiction in favor of the User.
